AMNPS help

Hello everyone, I'm as new to smoking as it gets. I'm purchasing an MES 30 when I return home from overseas and I'm reading everything I can.I have found some wonderful information so far. I absolutely can't wait to start this adventure. What the heck is an AMNPS and should I purchase one? What are the benefits to having one? Thanks for the reply's.

The answer is YES.  The thing that we need to know first is what kind of smoker or grill do you have?  Then we can advise you as to which type to buy.  I have the 5X6 and I use it in my MES 30 and I also use it in my gas fired grill sometimes.  They are perfect for cold smoking and can also be excellten for long smokes.  You can burn pellets or dust in them and get TBS.  There are other uses as well.
