ac legg teriyaki season without a tumbler

The instructions say 20 minute in a tumbler but I don't have one, what is the best way to do it now? I do have a huge sealer but no tumbler. HELP!!

If you don't have a tumbler, you can use a vac canister or vacuum bag to speed the process of of pulling cure into the meat. Most folks just mix it up and rest overnight in the fridge......tumblers just speed up the process.

ML, I always put in a ziploc bag or plastic container and go 24-48 hours w/a few stirs or shakes.
