I just scored six lengths of 20" diameter x 40" long x 1/8" thick pipe.  Thinner than I wanted, but for the price, I couldn't pass it up.  I'm thinking of building a reverse-flow smoker with a square firebox.  I'll probably look at using 1/4" plate for the reverser plate and firebox, and build a cradle rather than welding the legs directly to the cooking chamber.  Does anybody have any thoughts before I get started?

(I will, of course, post pictures as I go along.)

Measure twice...... cut once......  draw it all out in chalk, on the pipe sections, to make sure it all fits....   weld the hinges to the door before cutting her totally loose....  buy more adult beverages....  keep one ear on the tornado siren....    Dave
