I just scored six lengths of 20" diameter x 40" long x 1/8" thick pipe. Thinner than I wanted, but for the price, I couldn't pass it up. I'm thinking of building a reverse-flow smoker with a square firebox. I'll probably look at using 1/4" plate for the reverser plate and firebox, and build a cradle rather than welding the legs directly to the cooking chamber. Does anybody have any thoughts before I get started?
(I will, of course, post pictures as I go along.)
