So I recently purchased an AMNPS via the A-MAZE-N Products website.

Even though it was back ordered, it arrived much more quickly than I expected.

I just paid the retail price on the site...no coupon codes or anything. Still, an exceptional value IMO.

I love that thing.

So last week I decided I wanted to try 3 varieties of his pellets in 5lb quantities (he carries some very interesting and unique flavors I had never seen).

When shipping was tacked on, I felt the cost to be a little steep...so I emailed Todd and received a response within 10 minutes.

He told me to just get 2 of the bags, and place a note at checkout for the third variety I wanted.

I'm happy right?

I just opened the package that arrived much quicker than I had anticipated.

Not only did I get the extra 5lb bag...he also threw in a 2lb bag of apple pellets.

Nowhere these days do you get this caliber of customer service...almost brought a tear to my eye.

Kathryn.........I completely agree. At Christmas time there was a small hitch in my order.....dealing with Xmas order's for over 40 years, I understand. He had it straitened out and shipped an extra just cuz. He is on my card list from now on.....
