Hi Guys As you can guess from the heading i am from Ireland, i recently tried pulled pork for the first time and i was blown away,where has it been all my life! I have been unemployed a while now and I've been looking for the right opportunity and think this might be it. A food hub for start up food business to rent a commercial kitchen by the hour with very reasonable rates and in it the have what the say is a state of the art electric smoker(not sure what make/model yet), when i heard this i immediately remembered the pulled pork so that's when the idea came.Why not use the facility to smoke say pull pork,brisket and chicken and i have a wonderful organic bakery in my village that sell amazing soft buns. Then i could take my food to a farmers market that has large footfall Friday to Sunday. So what do you guys think of my idea and i would love advice in every aspect as this is ALL new to me!
