Hey ya'll! I currently live in upstate NY in the city of Rochester. I started smoking meat when I lived in Central Florida with friends of mine. I received a Brinkman Smoke n Grill when I moved here as a gift. I really enjoyed doing pork butts ribs and some chicken. I am currently building a reverse flow drum smoker with an 80 gallon compressor tank I purchased off CL. If anyone has any tips or tricks of the trade feel free to let me know!
