In the oven right now at 275 for 30 minutes... mixed up some Pop's brine last night, and have some thick cut pork chops and a chicken brining. Making a rub for some ribs. Want to give this thing a workout this weekend!
Extremely impressed with the A-Maze N 5x8!!!! Filled one row with Hickory pellets an lit according to instructions. Produced nice smoke for 3 hours. Had 5 blocks of cheese, 1 tray of kosher salt and 4 thick cut pork chops, bribed using pop's recipe. Goodbye metal can and soldering iron!
