A couple of strips.

Last nights dinner was a couple of strips with taters and shrooms. Did the steaks on the smoky joe with charcoal and apple chips.

Let the steaks come to room temp. And threw on some SPOG.

Got some shrooms and onions going in butter and EVOO.

And plated up! Had with a glass of red wine. Great finish of the day!
