Been over heated in the past from working outside in high heat . Don't take much any more to affect me .
I always have dough mixed and in the fridge , so was a good day to stay inside and make pizza .
Store bought pepperoni , homemade Italian and of course St. Louis pizza cheese .
Dough had about a 4 day ferment on it . Really makes a difference .

Looks good! When i make pizza, i always make two, one white chicken alfredo, other cheese and pepperoni .. the other week i made my first Chicago style pizza and it turned out great except for not thinning the sauce up enough
 
I forgot the bacon! But i usually just get a rotisserie chicken and pull the meat from that
Done that for other things , but that's a great idea . Doing that for sure . Thanks
