I am going all out this weekend because this week has been stressful and I need something hot and spicy.

Had a PT test Thursday, had NCO of the Month board 2 hours later, Ran 4.5 miles Friday morning....all in all my knees are sore.

Starting the pork butt this evening to end sometime around noon I would gander sunday

Starting the ribs around 10am Sunday

Cooking the chuck roast tonight because the wife is out of town and I am going to treat myself with some BBQ Smoked Beef sandwiches

I run 4 Mondays Wednesday and Friday and Crossfit Tuesdays and Thursdays and I hit the bag on the weekend. I think Im good ;-)

Roast was at 205 int. I couldnt wait for it to rest because of family. Even with a 205 int temp..it didnt pull as well as i hoped. still good though
