500 gallon reverse flow build

Hello all building my first smoker trying to build almost the whole thing out of a 500 gallon propane tank I’m kind of looking for some firebox vent ideas and ash pan thank you

So we got the project finished with Dave’s calculator this smoker uses 1 stick of wood an hour and holds perfect temps even though my son and I have never smoked meat before this thing runs flawless

Thank you that thing must have weighed a lot I used every piece from the 500 gallon tank and added a lot of steel my tractor wouldn’t move it so we had to use a excavator
