Another great build, love the roto basket. That has lots of potential, things to use that with rolling around in my head, wings , meat balls, sausages etc

All I've done so far is wings in the shaker basket and thighs in the flat basket. My brother is coming in town on Sat. so I'm sure we will throw something in one of the baskets.

For sure rotisserie cooking turns out some great food. I do it over open wood fires.

I find it very relaxing. Especially with a couple dozen adult beverages.
