Doing my 2nd pulled pork smoke for lunch on monday.

I have 4 pork butts rubbed and waiting in the fridge to go on the smoker tomorrow.

Rubbed with yellow mustard and some McCormicks Grill Mates seasoning I had in the cabinets.

I plan to inject 2 of these with cherry Dr. Pepper and 2 with apple juice.
 
Looking good so far! I haven't tried injecting a Butt yet, probably will one day soon. Don't forget about the "40°-140° in 4hrs rule"..... Good luck and have fun!
 
Butts are injected and on the grill at 240 degrees.

I will be trying some of meowey's Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum spray on a couple of these also.
