I used my MES40. I pulled it with a breast temp of 165F. The turkey is resting right now (tented with foil and covered with 2 towels - minimum of 15 minutes).
I am posting this thread because I am sure someone, somewhere is wondering how many minutes per pound.
It's usually close to 30 for me at 250F
