2nd smoke with my modified ECB

I did some BB ribs using the 2-2-1 method. I'm guessing they turned out ok as my brother said they were the best f_ing ribs he ever had. After dinner he said he had a brinkmann but it didn't make meat like that. I showed him my mods and well I am now "fixing his ECB"

Good For you as they say teach a person how to fish and it will feed them a liftime or something like that. Now they can pass it on

They are posted in the charcoal smoker section. My brothers is not the gourmet but the cheaper smoke and grill mods will be the same but I have some new ideas for the charcoal pan on the cheaper ECB. I will post the pan mods when done.
