So what is everyone grilling or smoking?
I prepared 2in new York strips,strip, going to smoke them for 25 mins. Then pull them turn it up to heat to 400 sear each side,my finish temperature will be 135-140.
Remember to boil your potatoes for 10 minutes before double foiling them,add salt,butter and bacon then wrap them for you grill smoker.
I'm using z grill typhoon pellet grill 706 absolutely fantastic machine! More pictures to come on the grill and finished.

Seasoned with weber steakhouse seasoning,let rest cover in fridge for 7hrs,pulled 30 mins before smoking.
There in and target 135-140.

Thank you sir. I'm new to pellet grill smoker, but not new to hot or cold smoking. Christmas everyone ask for my cheese and double smoked bacon lol.
