Long time listener, first time caller!

This is my first post, look forward to many more!

Inherited a smoker from my dad.

My rehab has turned into a complete rebuild.

Plans so far...

250 gallon RF offset smoker.
1/4" firebox 24"x24"x48"
6"x36" smoke stack!

Going to cut tank open this weekend, and get this smoker started.

This is my first post/build, many Google searches lead me hear, and many of my questions were answered! Thank you for all your help so far!

I'm still trying to understand calculator for 'fb/cc' opening, but this weekend I think I'm just cutting doors, so we'll cross that bridge when we get there!

I'm not sure how I want my firebox design.

Let me see yours so I can get this smoker built!

Welcome , hope you have fun building and no problems, , not a fan of reverse flow due to cleaning looks to be a lot harder imo,
