24" X 48" RF calculation advice

Got the door cut out. Not too bad considering it was all free hand.

Finally got the FB door attached. Now all I have left to do is make the air intakes, attaché it to the CC and light a fire to check for leaks.

Got the air intakes cut and installed. Getting ready to weld the FB to the CC. Man I hope this thing works!

Son of a crap! I'm less than an hour from being ready to light a fire and what happens? I run out of welding wire. Guess I underestimated how much I needed.

Home Depot and Lowes usually carry solid wire if you can fit a small spool on your machine....

They do. I've been using flux core because it's been so windy here. Plus, driving after a few beers would be a career ended for me.

I'm welding in the RF plate and I was wondering if some tiny gaps along the sides are ok or does it need to be fully welded?

Here she is. Frankensmoker. I plan on starting a new thread to better organize things. I just hope I did all the math correctly and it works.
