HI Guys and Gals!
I have this cook down nice now and wanted to share, its a take off from JT's recipe with changes that suit me and my cooker.
The cook is two slabs pork baby backs on a Cheap Brinkmann Propane water smoker
trim the extra fat , remove the membrane

coat with olive oil and then rub

3-4 hours in fridge

while cooker is preheating to 220-240 I removed ribs from fridge

when cooker is up to temp for while

I put ribs on the rack for two hours

After 1 st hour spray with apple juice

Then when adding wood or every 30 min

After 2hours of sweet watery smokey goodness

Time to wrap them in two layers of foil with Honey, Parkay, Tiger Sauce, brown sugar

place ribs in foil meat down

yum

coming out of foil after two hours

adding the sauce

coming out of cooker after 1 hour or

when meat bends to almost 45 degrees when held by one end

super juicy

The bark on these ribs is awesome

These ribs rock

Flavor is sweet but has a nice balance due to the Tiger Sauce and the BBQ sauce

I hope you enjoyed my cook pics

any questions, just ask I'm bored

Dan
