I'm going to smoke a 14lb turkey and an to spatchcock it. Shooting for a oil temperature of 300 to 325 on my offset smoker. What kind of cook time am I looking at for that I read that spatchcocking speeds up the cook time a good bit. Any advice welcome thanks!
