I'm going to smoke a 14lb turkey and an to spatchcock it. Shooting for a oil temperature of 300 to 325 on my offset smoker. What kind of cook time am I looking at for that I read that spatchcocking speeds up the cook time a good bit. Any advice welcome thanks!
Also ill post the cook with picturesventer all is said and done.

You're looking at anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours at 325.
Best to go by IT and pull the bird when breast IT hits 157.
Carry over temp during the rest will hit 165.

You're welcome.
Yep, planning is everything.
Be sure to give yourself plenty of time for the unexpected.

Same boat....Doing my first turkey breast tomorrow. Going to spatchcock it and run it about the same temp as you. Just gonna cook it til a IT of 165 degrees.

I don't even bother with spatchcocking breasts but that is only because I am lazy. LOL!
Just be mindful of the carry over temp if you plan on tenting and resting.

yep gotta figure in the carry over. Thanks for reminding me!

You're welcome.

Smoked turkey breast is one of my wife's favorites.
Especially when brined overnight and then stuffed with a quartered up onion and an orange in the neck and main cavity.
