I going to do some ribs on thr 590 this weekend. I have 3 beef short ribs going to throw in also, I know the beef wont get done when ribs are done but should be smoked good. Would my best bet to finish them off to braise them in oven?
 
I'd just keep them on the pellet cooker till they are done. More smoke wont hurt them.
 
Absolutely agree ... keep them on the pellet smoke. It is a "mild smoke" compared to a stick burner, so I'd let them roll until they're done.
