I will try to smoke a Boston Butt on my big Green Egg tommorow. Friend gave me some rub and i have the butt resting in the fridge with the rub. Any tips on how to do this 6lb., butt? Temp etc....? Fat side up?
 
Just started smoking Friday got a Brinkman Gourmet Electric Smoker from Home Depot for $70.

Did two 5lb chickens on Friday.

Did 5 chicken leg quarters, Corned Beef and Boston Butt today.

Boston Butt is in oven now finishing off.
