Thanks everyone, It was fantastic and it was gone by days end. Can't wait to do the next one. Family coming down in a couple weeks, Brisket & jalapeno poppers will be part of whats on the menu. (love those poppers.)

i smoked some ribs a while back. i put a few tabasco peppers on top whole. my wife got half a rack of ribs. thought the peppers were like burnt ends. grabbed 2 and ate them first bit. after eyes watering, cussing me, she would have nothing more to do with those ribs. they were so good.
 
Next time cut the tops off the jalapenos, clean out the membrain & seeds, stuff with cream cheese, havardi chees then wrap with bacon. Give her one of these & she'll love you for ever, they're like candy.
