1st attempt for company

Ive still only got 2 smokes under my belt but with my last turnout doing the chuck roast Im going to try and do  a couple more for some company tomorrow.  Im hoping I can copy last times results and put together an awesome feast.  Ill post some pics tomorrow

ANOTHER AWESOME TURNOUT.  Between 5 adults, 2 14 yr girls, and a 5 yr old boy and 8#'s of meat plus a ton of taters, and rolls there wasnt ANYTHING left.
