hello everyone

today i did a 18 pound turkey i used cherry wood for smoke and i brined the turkey using hi mtn poultry brine the turkey was great i also did a few skinnys and a fatty and some of dutches beans everything turned out great here are some pics

okay........thats bout 3-4 times i saw skinnies today...........what are they?

to thin to be brats.........i know that they are prob. sausages.......wrapped with bacon.........looks like skiinies should be a standout.....like fatty ....... abt ...... ecb ........etc..........

What kind of flavor is the Hi Mnt brine? I plan on doing one for Turkey day and was not sure what I wanted to brine with yet.
