my wife gave me her nod of approval. Turned out really well. I didn’t wrap it and I had a very long stall at 160. I cooked it over night so the outside temp changed a ton, then it rained a little, and this morning the wind picked up quite a bit. It made for a challenging cook all the more reason I’m proud of this one. Thanks for looking.

Looks great! I love my UDS, I did a 8lb butt the other day temps averaged 275 and it was done in 7 hours! It was so good, I'll never go back to low and slow.
