There are beans in there, I swear.

Sure:
5 - 16.5 oz cans Bush's Original baked beans
1/2 Lb of Pork loin I had smoked a few days earlier (could use bacon instead)
2 - tomatoes (outside only)
1 - hand full of freshly chopped cilantro
1 - white onion
1 - red bell pepper
1 - green bell pepper
2 tablespoons of Chipotle Chili Pepper
2 tablespoons Herbs de Provence (Thyme, fennel, Basil, savory, lavender)

I smoked it for about 3 hours at 225*

I was just eating a bowl of it with dinner. This stuff gets better with age.

THANKS!!!!!

The pictures look great, but I don't know if I could get behind a apple/brown sugar brisket. Sweet beef just doesn't seem right.
