Whole hog cooker. Big Red’s
My son and I cater whole hog roasts. I live in Chicago and most of our customers have never been to a hog roast. I’m here to learn and try to make a decision on a second direct heat hog roaster. Here’s what I did 20 pigs with last year. Don’t laugh it works like a dream. Just don’t want another one.- bigreds123
