Freezer Find Chuck
Well, it wasn't really lost, just forgotten about until my memory caught back up with me. A 5 lb. chuck roast was lurking in the freezer and not having made pulled chuck in awhile, I thought it's time... Nothing fancy, just seasoned up with SPOG and onto my Ok Joe for a few hours with pecan...- Gonna Smoke
