What Cut is the Lowest Price in the Beef Case?
I just finished prepping about a 4 # chuck roast to cook tomorrow then vacuum sealing portions for future meals. With the sale price + the Senior day discount (10%) we're talking around $7 per lb. Sometimes we get sirloin (or sirloin cap ✔️) for about the same price. I'm curious... what cut...
