I saw something a while back where someone made a fatty and rolled it in bread dough. Any go to recipes for something like that???
I'd really like to give something like this a shot. How do you make the steak fatty. Do I have to buy shaved streak or can one make it at home?
Here she is! Best part is its raining outside and I dont have a worry in the world. Glad I finally found a solution to the "no MES in the rain" problem.
Let the smoke season begin!
So I watched one of Aaron's vids last summer and saw him use a vinyl glove to apply rub on his brisket. I'm cheap and don't want to waste stuff if it's not 100% necessary so I never bothered with it, but I bought some Ammex vinyl powder free gloves a couple of months back when I saw them on...
I want to give one of these a shot. Whats the best way to prepare them? It looks like a ton of fat and a heat stopper. I'm guessing I would need to free it once smoked and eat over time. What do you guys do?

Anyone seen the temps this week? Crazy.
I have no words. Have you guys seen this hahahahahahahahahahahaha????????????

Ok so I dont have a 3D brain. I'm trying to wrap my head about this.
If I buy a top sirloin at Costo, and I want to prepare steaks (for biltong and grilling), then at least in my mind, cutting the raw steaks with the grain results in the smallest muscle fiber length on the final cut on your...
Is there any risk to my grill's metal if I suddenly fire it up when it's -4F outside? I mean, my gut says metal expanding and contracting like that can't be good for it. Do you guys grill in winter? Any damage to your grills over time?
Random question. Im worried the metal tips will get damaged if forced into the ground (rocks etc). Has anyone tried this. Is it ok to do? Where is the actual sensor in the probe? Buried in the metal?
FYI my fellow smokers. I just couldn't resist. Add to cart and checkout with PayPal. Looks like a system glitch.

I picked up one of these bad boys at Costco. I was curious about how to cut it properly to get steaks. It seems there are a lot of different muscles in there with different grains. I thought you had to cut with the grain, then I found the info graphic below and am really confused????
Anyone...
