    Pulled it at 160 Internal temp after ~4 hrs on the smoke Wrapped it after putting some apple juice in the foil Wrapped and back on

    ~3 hours in, internal temp is 131 I'll pull it at 160, add some juices and wrap it up

    Prepping to smoke a 8Lb bone in pork shoulder tomorrow. This will be my first smoke in my new Pit Barrel Cooker, excited! Rubbed down with Yellow Mustard and a new store bought rub I'm trying out.
