    Just Joined and looking forward to being part of this great Forum. I am the proud owner of a new Rec Tec smoker. So far it has been great but I am just a rookie so looking forwar to learning more about the fine art of smoking.

    Smoked pork Posole (aka Pozole) w/ q-view

    We are making some Posole tonight. My wife bought Pork Tenderloin instead of pork shoulder but it looks great and I will let you know how it tastes in about 60 minutes.

    Rec Tec on the way

    Just got my Rec Tec a little over a week ago and I love it. Have already done spare ribs, chicken thighs (wrapped in bacon), Pork Tenderloin and Bacon (the best I have ever had). Next week for Christmas I am doing a 14 pound Brisket and the next day a Turkey.
