    question about the uds

    Yep.  I thought the same.  I built mine and can run at least 4 batches of ribs (~5hrs each, 20-25hrs total) with just under a full basket of charcoal.  Very efficient.

    VacMaster pro 140/260, which one to get?

    After much research I went with the 260 for my first sealer. Havent had it very long, but I like it a lot. Youre right about the comparison, all the bags plus rolls, then I found it for a good deal on Amazon helped make the decision to get the 260. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

    Smokin Guns is north of downtown and would be ~20 mins or so from the Airport depending on traffic.  If it's peak eating time, the line will be out the door at OK Joes, there are also 2 Jackstacks within 30 mins of the airport.  These would be my suggestions.  Jackstack is a bit "nicer"...

    Smoking fresh Mozzarella cheese

    I searched Fresh Mozz and came up with quite a few who smoke it and say it's good.  Even came up with some recipes to make it fresh then smoke.    I'm going to have to smoke a bunch of string cheese next time.. I love smoked string cheese
