    Just put these on. Using famous Dave's rib rub with some cayanne pepper sprinkled on. (The famous Dave's is to sweet on its own.) Mustard as the glue. Apple wood is the smoke since my oak isn't here yet.

    Started a 10lb brisket today at 5pm. This is my first cut from Sam's Club. Definitely a lot more trimming needed due to the fat being so thick. Using grill mates brown sugar bourbon rub with an apple cider vinegar/bourbon spray. Cooking at 240. I have a pic but the upload from my device...
