    Looking good. I am with you and in middle of smoking a bone on turkey breasts. Brine overnight and herb butter rub under the skin. Can't wait to dig in. Enjoy! Will come back to see how came out.

    I have been leaning towards rec tec. Heard great things, just wasn’t sure if wanted to spend the money. Can the rev rec take the rain (with cover) or should leave in better shelter. Figuring where to put it haha.
