Smoking a Chuck Roast
For anyone who is curious. Green aspen worked out well. I had some trouble regulating my temps so it wasn't as tender as I had hoped but good nonetheless. I anyone else is curious as the the effects of smoking with green aspen wood, I think it worked well. Will definitely be trying it again. -
