    OK! I went with chicken quarters...can get a good 3 hour soak in apple cider vinegar, let rub sit for an hour, then on to the smoker. Thanks for the input guys! GT

    Re-Introducing Myself...now with new Smoker Pics!

    Hey Bill! Just brought it home this week. The class did four butts on it their last night of class to "make sure it worked"! It did!!! Holds a really good temp, and smokes like a chimney (I guess that's what it's supposed to do).
