Hey all, saw that the temp in the NY/CT area for Sunday was going to be around 55/60 degrees. Figured I would smoke some baby backs for after football was done. Started out with 3 racks sliced in half (purely for ease of handling). Used Jeff's rub and let them sit for 24 hours.

Just got finished eating my first attempt at smoking a turkey breast on my WSM
Was a 8lbs breast that I put in a brine for just short of 24 hrs.
Rinsed and dried and gave it a nice rub that I found on the forums. Very tasty.
