    I'm convinced, I'm definitely going to try to do these for the SB. Question, who long in advance do you inject them?  Right before as the smoker is getting up to temp or a few hours prior?

    Just got a Master Forge Charcoal Smoker CBS1101L from the gf and can't wait to start using it this weekend.  I have made pulled pork, ribs, etc..before but never used a smoker.  Doing some research online and came across this magical place.
