    Use of lump charcoal with WSM

    I'm a lot like Bama BBQ, but use regular kingsford briquettes for smoking on my WSM.  I use GFS lump on my Weber kettle.

    Low or no sugar rubs

    I am looking for rubs that have little or no sugar that can be used on poultry, beef and pork.  Does such a thing even exist?  Thanks.
