    So it sounds like Lake Loiusa isnt a good alternative. Doing some Map Searches for similar areas i came up with this short list Alafia River State Park Little Manatee State Park Kississimee Prairie State Park Weeke Wachee State Park Colt River State Park Anyone have any knowledge of these?

    Recipe needed for jerky using Morton Tender Quick in mariande form

    I started years ago using 1tbs TQ for 3 lbs of meat, now I use only 1 tsp for 3 lbs. I slice the meat 3/16" and add the TQ to whichever of my marinades and let it sit in the fridge for 24-48 hours.
