    New guy starting a small RF project

    Fuel for Mini- Smokers

    Welded up my Mini-Smoker this weekend, and am ready to start figuring out her quirks when it come to fire.    For you mini-smoker operators out there,  what kind of fuel do you use?  Charcoal?  Lump?  Sticks?    What works for you and what have you found that doesn't work?

    Pretty sure its the ribs,  the only other thing on our plate was watermelon     Am thinking the high sugar content in the sweet baby rays might have something to do with it.
