Update. Thermoworks emailed me back and replacement unit is on the way. There is a reset built in where you hold power button for 30 seconds and that should do soft reset but it didn't work in my case.

I use to use fireboard but switched to RFX when it came out.

Hello all. So trying to cook some beef ribs today and just tried to turn on my gateway. It turned on once, i turned it off and plugged in to charge it. Now its not responding to anything. I press the power button, nothing happens. Looks like support is closed today. Anyone have any ideas on...
