Biggie- 24oz CAB Ribeye seasoned with SaltGrass 7Spice and Aldies Garlic Salt. Foil Boat

I use SaltGrass 7 Spice lately and I swear it could make a floor mat edible. Taste is subjective but this PG Steak seasoned right is pretty awesome. A slight edge to charcoal/wood, but for convenience and speed the pellet wins.
I prefer charcoal/wood but the wife was getting Hangry. It's just the two of us and have multiple options in small grills. With the Pit Boss Tabletop I can be grilling in minutes "at the push of a button". I was at 135° internal before she prepared her favorite side dish, herb roasted red...
Frustrating to be geared up and then donate to dumpster.Do you have a Braum's nearby? Excellent bratwurst if you do. Specially with home made kraut. Really frustrating
Johnsonville has a lot of variety. Which one did you not like? I've tried most and prefer the original. I've tried their Beer, Hatch Chile, various Italian etc. I've never noticed a chemical flavor in any of them. FWIW I seldom ever buy brats or sausage with cheese from any maker . Also...
The right way to make chili? The way your ancestors did. your parents, aunts, uncles, cousins. The way your in-laws do. The way your kids enjoy it. The way the High school concession stands did.
Bottom Line. The right way to make chili is your memories, your house and your rules.
Ground sirloin...
Great thing about beans & rice?? We both like beans and rice ✌️
Ness Farms Pintos out of New Mexico. My Smoked chicken breast. Blues Hog High Flying Chicken seasoning with a tablespoon of Beef Better Than Bullion. Savory zero sugar Cornbread cooked in vintage cast iron. Cooked, sliced and...
These $1 bottles are quite a bit smaller than what you're getting at TJM. These will be great for trying /sampling, picnics- when gifting food to elderly friends and family. My adult (kids) may even find some in their Christmas Stockings.
I was told one time that in every successful marriage if the spouse doesn't occasionally walk away shaking their head and mumbling to themselves, you're doing it wrong.
Carry on 👍😂
The wife asked me to go to Walmart and pick up a prescription. Line was long at the pharmacia, so decided to make a long lap. There in the middle aisle sat a display of $1.00 offerings. Selected a few, needed some garlic-- picked up her script and out the door.
$1.00 per bottle
It is available via Amazon but rather pricey with shipping. I purchased at a United Supermarket. $5 or close. Pretty sure you can order straight from Fresh Chile Co. You might check their website for a retail locator if interested.
There are other spicy ketchups on grocery shelves. To me the...
Excellent on fries. Out of 6-7 ingredients sugar is listed last. So it's definitely not like most tomato icings in a bottle. Intentional leftover of smoked ribeye, Idaho potatoes and Hatchup Ketchup on the "steak frites". Steak cubed and reheated the boiling bag way.
