    Hi !

    Hi I am new to these forums. Been using a masterbuilt electric smoker last 6 years. Before that I had a brinkmann grill n smoke I used for a bit. Unmodified. I got rid of that when I got the master built and regraded it as of latly miss the charcoal taste.
