    I take 6-8 briquits that are hot & ready, then I cut a 1" thick 6" diameter coin/puck of apple or hickory or whatever & use it for more smoke.

    Ok I got 12 -1¼" thick steaks. 1lb of stew/noodle meat. & 1 good size prime rib roast. & 6- ½" slices for ribeye sandwiches. Also got 1lb of beef fat idk what to do with. Wish I could have afforded 2 of the whole ribeyes.

    Ok thanks everybody. Yes I was going to cut a roast off 1 end. Then some thinner slices for sandwiches. Then the rest into steaks. I wish I could have bought 2 of them at the price it was sold at. Thanks.
