Guys & gals it's been a grip since I've shown a cook or even posted.
I been busy with life stuff & rebuilding a old chevy truck.
So early this morning I decided to do a pulled ham & a rack of baby back ribs.
Here is a pic of them just going on.
I decided to try Killer hogs seasoning/rub...
Yeah buying this was a late late Christmas gift, lmao or a really really early Christmas gift to myself.
Lol I did not think I would be this wore out from processing some steaks & such.
Well that & they had bacon for $19 for 10#'s
Ok I got 12 -1¼" thick steaks. 1lb of stew/noodle meat. & 1 good size prime rib roast. & 6- ½" slices for ribeye sandwiches.
Also got 1lb of beef fat idk what to do with.
Wish I could have afforded 2 of the whole ribeyes.
Ok thanks everybody. Yes I was going to cut a roast off 1 end. Then some thinner slices for sandwiches. Then the rest into steaks.
I wish I could have bought 2 of them at the price it was sold at.
