Where is my bark???
So I did the Auber pod mod. This is my first smoke with it. I am getting very little in the way of bark. It’s a bit cold today in Pennsylvania 50°. Using apple chips as usual. It’s been going for about nine hours but the bark on my pork butt looks less than ideal to say the least. Same Robb is...- bcbialiy

Just picked up a used MES 30 Model 20071514 - surface rust question
I’m having the same issue with a MES40. Clean what exactly? There is the thermostat (size of a nickel) and the nipple probe. Both on the back of the chamber. If the thermostat is faulty, does anyone have specs on a replacement?- bcbialiy
