Broke out Oscar some it’s 63 degrees in PA today. Ribs are on. I did have to move him cause the wind in the area I was in was making me fight temps which is not usually on this UDS. I will try to take wrapped and finished pics lol. As long as the beer to get the best of me.

I agree with seenred and civil smoker. Expanded metal works just fine for me. If you can afford the mild steel rod or stainless steel type grates there is nothing wrong with an upgrade. Just boils down to your budget.
